問題にしやすいからかな？

ちなみに、コンラッド・ヒルトンは、アメリカの実業家で、ヒルトンホテルの創業者らしいです。

普通に訳せばとは「お肉料理に使うクリーミーソース」ってことなんですが、それだと若干意味が不明で、
cream（クリーム）には俗語で（相手を）完全にやっつける、さんざんに打ち負かすっていう意味があります。
また、gravy（肉汁）には俗語で、簡単にぼろいもうけする、思いがけない収入、うまい汁といった意味があります。

つまり、as cream gravyは、「おいしい肉料理のクリーミーソースのように」といって「客から簡単にぼろもうけができるように」っていう意味とかかっているわけです。
難しいね！
